1. General Terms

By using the tptk ("we", "our", or "platform") website and all its services, you ("user" or "member") are considered to have given your full consent to all the terms and conditions described below. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between tptk and the user. This agreement covers access to the platform, playing games, financial transactions, and all related activities. tptk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

3.1 Deposit Rules

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Conditions for receiving this bonus:

Wagering requirement: 10 times the total amount of the deposit and bonus.
If wagering requirements are not met after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be deducted before withdrawal.
The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
The bonus cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 VIP Program Cashback

The tptk VIP program has three tiers and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

4.3 General Bonus Rules

Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
tptk reserves the right to investigate suspected bonus abuse and cancel bonuses.
Bonuses will not be awarded on deposits made using third-party funds.

5. Gaming Rules

tptk believes in a fair play policy. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely unbiased and unpredictable results.

5.1 Game Fairness

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure by tptk

tptk may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of these terms and conditions.
Providing false or misleading information.
Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

7.2 Closure by User

7.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, tptk reserves the right to impose an inactivity fee or close the account after providing prior notice.
